The Technique
What is Spinal Flow?
The Spinal Flow® Technique was developed by Dr Carli Axford. It is a philosophy, a science, and an intuitive, hands-on approach that prompts the spine and nervous system to release stress and heal itself — and, in turn, heal the body.
There is an innate intelligence inside every human body to grow, repair, and heal itself. Just as our gut digests our food, our hair grows, and our heart beats naturally, our bodies know how to harness this innate intelligence — Life Force Energy — to heal and grow.
The spine and nervous system is the pathway through which Life Force Energy flows. Unreleased stress creates blockages in the spine which prevent the flow of healing energy. Once released, layer by layer, the body brings about healing in the way it feels safest to.

Throughout July, you are welcomed to experience a Spinal Flow session with Eleanor in the high desert of Taos, New Mexico. Sessions are scheduled by appointment, and each one includes an assessment of your body to understand the pain and discomfort you may be experiencing.
Eleanor has worked with over 25 people using the Spinal Flow technique and offered more than 30 sessions to date. She is looking to work with ten more people and gather your feedback — the final step toward becoming the first certified Spinal Flow practitioner in Taos.
Sessions are scheduled one-on-one with Eleanor. Share your preferred days and times in the intake form, and she will personally confirm a time that works for you.
