The Session

Energy Vitality is a fully-clothed, table-based sound session using Solfeggio-tuned forks — the same six frequencies (396, 417, 528, 639, 741, and 852 Hz) used in ancient sacred-music traditions for restoration and repair. Each fork is activated and held near specific points on and around the body, sending precise vibrational tones into your energy field.
Weighted forks settle into the physical body to soften tension and quiet the nervous system. Unweighted forks work in the auric field to lift stagnation, rebalance the energy centers, and restore the natural flow of Life Force Energy. Most people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and noticeably more alive in their own body.
